That result moved Thien into the 1st overall place in the Y12 category. In Y10 Mixed Epee, Thien Scofield fenced against teammate, Zoe Kim, and took home the Gold while Zoe Kim brought home the Silver! Nathan Kim also tool home the Bronze! Special mention to Naomi Kim for placing 6th and fighting well in her first tournament ever. That finish also moved Thien into the 1st overall spot as well. The kids have been striving so hard just to get a medal, and I am glad to know that all their efforts don't turn into nothing! I am so glad to know that there are still a lot of good news happening from time to time. We all know how hard it could be to bag an award from Y12 Mixed Epee, but Annabelle Kim was able to clinch that medal and proved that she is still that unbeatable Asian kid! I am impressed by their performance. Well, every time they go to arena, they always make sure that they are prepared!
